About
An author, educator, parent, and dysfunctional family survivor on husband number two, making sense of family, life, and love to the point. Honestly. Originally, my blog began as a place to work on my writing and make sense of my history. What I have learned is that I would much rather look forward than back. I’m here to share parenting experiences, recipes, product reviews and anything else along the way.

Hello, my name is Dea, and i kind of have a personal question to ask you you.. this may seem exceedingly odd, but i didnt know what you do. is there a way we could e mail?

I found your post about your brother being on chopped. I’m watching my recording of chopped champions now. If he doesn’t win again I’ll be hating the judges forever. I’m glad he’s happy, but I wish he wasn’t engaged/married. He’s literally the perfect guy. I guess it’s better that I don’t have a chance in hell. Our kids might have trouble because I have Sickle Cell Anemia which is a genetic blood disorder that also causes severe pain in some cases. All of this sounds creepy and weird. I’m sorry, I’m just meaning to say that… I’ve always (since 5) thought of these sorts of things. Being a good wife and mother one day and having a family. So, I hope I can find someone as wonderful as your brother.
